Peer mentors doing great work in the community!

Some of our Y12 students have been working in partnership with the Trent Bridge Community Trust as “Peer Mentors”. The students have completed their training programme and are now working towards completing their minimum of 20 hours of voluntary work.

Rushcliffe expansion approved

The works required to expand Rushcliffe Spencer Academy have been given the green light by Nottinghamshire County Council. The multi-million pound development, which was given planning approval by Rushcliffe Borough Council last year, will see an additional 560 secondary school places created and provide the school, and local community, with a new improved sports facility.

Education For The Children Charity

We have been working with the local charity: Education For The Children for a number of years and would usually raise money from our summer Esperanza festival. Sadly, we are unable to hold that event this year but we hope that we can still raise a substantial sum for this good cause.
